Geomorphologia Slovaca et Bohemica is an international journal of geomorphology, primarily publishing peer-reviewed works across the full spectrum of the discipline. The journal has been published since 2007 as a periodical of Czech and Slovak geomorphologists, however, the tradition started in 2001 when the members of the Slovak Association of Geomorphologists started their periodical – Geomorphologia Slovaca. Regionally, the journal concerns the area of Central Europe, nevertheless contributions dealing with other regions are also welcome. The journal also publishes discussions of published papers, short communications, reviews, discussions and book reviews.

Geomorphologia Slovaca et Bohemica is published by the Association of Slovak Geomorphologists, Institute of Geography, Slovak Academy of Sciences and the Czech Association of Geomorphologists.

Audience
Physical geographers in general; Geomorphologists; Engineering and exploration geologists; Quaternary geologists; Sedimentologists and Hydrologists; GIS specialists.

Coverage
Geomorphologia Slovaca et Bohemica publishes papers dealing with: theoretical, methodological and quantitative geomorphological studies, regional geomorphological studies dealing with connections of tectonics, geological structure and relief; volcanics, glacial, periglacial, fluvial, aeolian, weathering and karst processes and landforms; mass movement; hillslopes and soil erosion.
The journal also covers studies dealing with reconstruction of landform evolution and dating of past landforms; field and laboratory-based studies of geomorphological processes and forms, modelling geomorphological processes and forms and GIS and remote sensing works dealing with geomorphological forms and processes.
